Two nights minimum stay required.

DEPOSITS
A deposit of 50% or one nights lodging, which ever
is greater, is required on all reservations. The
balance is due upon arrival. Deposits are charged
to your master card or visa when the reservation is
made. Confirmation of your reservation and
receipt of your deposit will be forwarded .
Reservations will be held until 5:00 p.m. unless
notified of a late arrival.
CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS
Cancellations made 21 days prior to confirmed
arrival are guaranteed refund.* If cancellation is
made less than 21 days prior to confirmed
arrival, deposit will be forfeited. If departure is
prior to length of time reserved, the regular room
rate will be charged for the balance of the
reserved period.
* A $30.00 service charge will be applied to all
refunds.
ARRIVAL
Arrival time is 2:00 p.m. Please let us know
your approximate time of arrival so that we can
serve you better. Special arrangements must be
made for late arrivals.
DEPARTURE
Departure time is promptly at 11:00a.m.
