A New Chapter at The Trellis House
My name is Gerard Kiladjian, and my wife Annie and I are thrilled to be the new stewards of The Trellis House and Blue Shutters Inns.
Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in leadership roles at a number of acclaimed boutique hotels and resorts, including Deerhurst Resort in Ontario, The Cliff House in York, The Inn at Diamond Cove, and the Portland Harbor Hotel.
Annie is the founder of Annie K Designs, where she leads interior design projects across hotels, Airbnb’s, and a wide range of commercial and residential properties.
Today, through my company, Principal Hospitality Group, I own and operate The Federal, a boutique hotel in Brunswick, along with its acclaimed restaurant, 555 North. The Trellis House and Blue Shutters Inns are the newest additions to our growing collection of distinctive properties.
