Pet Policy

The Trellis House is a pet-free property.

Pets: Trellis House Properties does not allow guests to bring their pets. We do, however, have an Ambassador named Bentley, a 7 year old, 30 pound Labradoodle. He is as soft as a lamb, does not shed and is hypoallergenic. He enjoys welcoming our guests and generally being adorable as he is a people person like his owners. If this in any way makes you uncomfortable please let us know as your well-being is of the utmost importance to us. 

Service Animals: Under the ADA/Maine law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals or pets. The Trellis House Properties including Blue Shutters Inn and Studios do not accept pets including emotional support animals.
